Stacey Naizer, CPA
Stacey grew up in a family of small business owners and saw firsthand what it takes to build a business — and what happens when the money side doesn't hold. That experience didn't push her away from entrepreneurship; it made her want to learn the rules well enough to protect other owners from that same uncertainty.
So she went all-in: a bachelor's degree in accounting, an MBA with an emphasis in Organizational Development, a CPA license, and years working inside the finances of businesses at every stage.
What she's found, over and over, is that the most creative and passionate founders are often the ones who feel most disconnected from their own numbers — not because they're bad with money, but because no one ever explained it in a language they actually speak. That's the gap Stacey lives in. She translates numbers into something clients can understand, act on, and feel confident about. She's not there to audit anyone's life choices — she's there to be the steadiest thing in a business when everything else feels uncertain.
Outside the office, Stacey loves spending time with her family — and shows up for her community the same way she shows up for clients, serving on the AMA OKC board and staying active with the Council of Entrepreneurs.
If a client's business is growing but their finances still feel like a foreign language, Stacey is the one who helps them translate.
